The Frosh A team ran a gutsy race and were lead once again by Giancarlo Cipri who raced to a 9:14 (a top 20 performace ATX). The 5 scorers in this race would only be seperated by 30 seconds. All 7 of these guys would be under 9:50. The B race would be lead by Matt Mirto who dropped a 16 secomd pr to run 9:40 which was good enough for 4th place in the race. He would lead his squad to a 3rd place finish. In the C Race, Jackson Notes would lead 4 guys under 10:30 with a 9 Second pr. The C team would take 2nd losing only to Chaminade. 10/19 Frosh XC Relays- This weekend is the annual ritual of a Cross Country Relay. The Freshmen run great. The A Team takes 2nd in the A race. They beat out Regis and Fordham Prep with a Performance that is #6 ATX for the relays. Not to be outdone the B team takes the B race. It is our first win at the Relays since the glory days of 1997. Congrats to the 3 SOphs who claimed their Varsity Letter this weekend. ( Tony Cruise, Ben Karam and Dominick Ronan) 10/4 Fordham Prep Development Meet #2 - The Freshman continue thier winning ways with a victory over Fordham Prep at the Development meet.
