Fordham Universtity Directions By Car:

From Long Island/Queens and Brooklyn:

Take either the Throgs Neck Bridge or Whitestone Bridge to the Hutchinson River Parkway North to the Pelham Parkway West. Take Pelham Parkway for approximately two miles until the road splits following the Bronx River Parkway Underpass. Stay right up a small hill and make a right at the light (Kazmiroff/Southern Boulevard). Turn left at the next light into the main parking lot.

From Manhattan:

East Side: Take the F.D. Roosevelt Dr. to the Triborough Bridge. After crossing bridge, follow the Bruckner Expressway to the Bronx River Parkway. Take Bronx River Parkway to Fordham Road Exit (7W). Bear right up a small hill as the road splits following the underpass, then make a right at the light (Kazmiroff/Southern Blvd.) Turn left at next light into the main parking lot.

From the East:

Take either the Throgs Neck Bridge or Whitestone Bridge, and after bridge follow signs for the Cross Bronx Expressway. Take the Cross Bronx Expressway to the Bronx River Parkway, and take the Bronx River to the Fordham Road exit. Bear right up a small hill as the road splits following the underpass, then make a right at the light (Kazmiroff/Southern Boulevard). Turn left at the next light into the main parking lot.

Subways:
Take the #4 train to the Bedford Park station. Walk down Bedford Park Blvd. to Kazamiroff Blvd. (formerly Southern Blvd.) Make a right and proceed to the Fordham University gate directly behind the Prep. The guard will direct you to Lombardi Center.

Take the D train to the Bedford Park station. Walk down Bedford Park Blvd. to Kazamiroff Blvd. (formerly Southern Blvd.) Make a right and proceed to the Fordham University gate directly behind the Prep. The guard will direct you to Lombardi Center.

Buses:
The #’s 9,12 and 22 buses stop at Fordham Road at the Fordham University gate. The guard will direct you to Lombardi Center.

 

DIRECTIONS TO VAN CORTLANDT PARK

 BY TRAIN:    Take the 1 or 9 train to the last stop 242nd Street.  Exit walk toward the Burger King.

The park is diagonally across from Burger King.  We meet at the benches that are right where you enter the Park

 

BY CAR :  Take the Major Deegan Expressway to the Van Cortlandt Park South exit.  As you exit bear right.  Continue  straight ahead  toward Broadway, bear right at Broadway.  Proceed down Broadway to the area of the Park diagonally across from Burger King.

DIRECTIONS TO THE ARMORY

By Subway:  A, #1, or #9 trains to 168th Street, then walk one block west to Fort Washington Ave

 

From Brooklyn Battery Tunnel and West Side Manhattan:

West Side Highway (Henry Hudson Parkway) North.  Take Exit 15 for Riverside Drive. Off the exit, go to the 2nd light on Riverside and take a left onto 165th street.   Go one block and take a left onto Fort Washington Ave., and go about 200 yards and the Armory is on the right, on the corner of 168th and Ft. Wash. Ave. 

 

From Whitestone Bridge/ Throgsneck Bridge:  Take the Cross Bronx Expressway toward New Jersey.  As you approach the George Washington Bridge, get to the right as the highway splits.  Take the LAST exit before the bridge called 181st street.  Exit onto 181st street and take a right at the light.  Go up hill 3 blocks and take right onto Fort Washington Ave.  Go 12 blocks south on Fort Washington and the Armory will be on your left at 168th st.

 

Directions to Mount St. Michael’s 

Throgs Neck Bridge               Bridge to New England Thruway North, about 2.5 miles to Baychester Avenue Exit (exit from left lane).    North on Baychester, approximately 2 miles to Pitman Avenue.    Turn right onto Pitman from 3 blocks, turn left on Murdock Avenue.    School is on right.    Parking in the area behind the school.

Bronx-Whitestone Bridge      North on Hutchinson River Parkway.    Exit 7- Boston Road/Pelham Manor.    At light go left.    At next light, make right-Pelham Parkway/South Fulton Ave.    After six lights, make left on Sanford Blvd.    Go to Murdock Avenue and make right.

Bronx River Pkwy-North       Go to 233rd exit, make left, go to light.    Make a right.    Follow past train to Baychester Avenue.    Go two blocks to Murdock and make right.

Subway: #2 train to 241st Street and White Plains Road - walk toward Baychester and Nereid Avenues - left on Nereid - 2 short blocks to school
OR
D train to 205th Street - take #16 bus directly to school.

 DIRECTIONS TO MOLLOY

BY TRAIN:    Take the F train to the Van Wyck Station.  Ride in the back of the train.  Walk out of the station past the Police station.  Go all the way to the end of the passageway. Come up to the street, make a left at the top of the stairs.  At the corner make a right.  Molloy will be at the top of the hill past the library.  The Track is behind the school.

 BY CAR: FROM BROOKLYN:     Take the Belt Park way to Van Wyck Expressway to the Main Street Exit.  AT the Second Light pull a U turn. Proceed back staying to your right.  The School is on your right hand side and the track is in the back.

 FROM QUEENS OR MANHATTAN:       Take the LIE to Queens Blvd exit. Make a right on to Queens Blvd.  Proceed down about 4-5 miles.  You will pass the Queens Court House on your left.  About a ½ mile after the Court House you will find Main Street, make a left at the first light make another left.  Molloy will be in front of you and the track is in the back.

DIRECTIONS TO St. JOHN’S UNIVERSITY

BY CAR:  Take the LIE to Utopia Parkway and 188th street exit.  At Utopia Parkway make a right. Proceed to Union Turnpike.  Make a right. Proceed to the light. Make a left into St. John’s Parking lot.  The track is on the other side of Alumni Hall.

 OR

Take the Grand Central Parkway to Utopia Parkway exit. Make a left at the light. Go under the highway.  St. John’s will be on your left hand side. Proceed down to Union Turnpike. Make a left. Proceed to the light. Make a left into St. John’s.

 BY TRAIN: Take F train to Union Turnpike.  Go upstairs and take the Q46 to St. John’s

OR

Take the F Train to 168th Street.  Walk up 168th Street till you hit Union Turnpike. (about a ½ mile) You will see the track.

 

DIRECTIONS TO IONA Prep,

From South: Hutchinson River Parkway North to exit 17. Off exit, take left at traffic light, then go one block to next possible right turn, then go one block to STOP sign. At STOP sign make left onto Wilmot Road, then go less than 1/2 mile to IONA Prep. Turn right at traffic light into school grounds.

 Directions to the Island

Randall's Island Park is located under the Triborough Bridge in the East River, between Manhattan, the Bronx and Queens. Bridge toll is $3.50 upon entering; there is no charge to leave the Island.

Subway/Bus:

Take the 4, 5, or 6 Lexington Ave. trains to 125th St., then transfer on the NW corner of 125th St. and Lexington Ave. for the M35 bus to Randall's and Wards Island. For MTA bus travel info, call (718) 330-1234.

By Car:

(Note: toll is $3.50 entering the island and free when leaving the island)

From Manhattan:
Get on the Triborough Bridge at East 125th Street. Stay left for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island, immediately after the toll plaza.

From Queens:
Get on the Triborough Bridge from the Grand Central Parkway. Stay right for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island, immediately after the toll plaza.

From the Bronx:
Take the Major Deegan or Bruckner Expressway to the Triborough Bridge. Stay right for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island, immediately after the toll plaza.

From Long Island and Brooklyn:
Take the FDR Drive North to the Triborough Bridge exit (on right). Stay right up to and after the toll, following the signs to Randall's and Wards Island

 

Farrell High School:  Take the Verazano Bridge Take  1-278 West to Exit 13 Clove Rd /Richmond Rd  make a left onto Richmond Road Go about 3 miles. Bear left onto Amboy rd.  ½ mile down Farrell on the Left hand side
