MEDAL COUNT: With these 85 medals which we won last week, the season total rises to 120.  Very good.

MIP :  This week’s award goes to the entire Soph class for some great running.  So many Sophs are being to step up, it deserves a mention.

BEST PERFORMANCE:  The Freshman deserve a nod for sweeping the Frosh races on SI.. The Varsity and JV at McQuaid and the Varsity at St. Peter’s  also showed what can be accomplished by running together.  We will go very far if everyone starts to do this.

MEETS:MANHATTAN COLLEGE- Top 7 on all levels (V,JV,S,F) Saturday
