MEDAL COUNT: With these 7 medals the season total rises to 172.

BEST PERFORMANCE:  This week’s award goes to the two gentlemen who qualified for the STATE CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS.  JOHN TRAUGOTT and RYAN HARMON.  John’s 3^rd place finish is the best ever for a Xavier Runner.  Also deserving a mention is the rest of the Varsity 7 for the best finish in school history.

MOST IMPROVED:  This week’s award goes to KEVIN DWYER, GEOFFREY CHOW, TOM NAPOLITANO, and SEAN O’NEILL for big pr’s when we needed them most.  Also the 14 guys who got pr’s deserve a mention.
