MEDAL COUNT: With these 11 medals the season total rises to 123.
MOST IMPROVED: This week’s award goes to Jamie Keane for his tremendous drop. Brian Cunningham deserves a mention for his big improvement, as does Sean O’Neill.
BEST PERFORMANCE: This goes to the JV A team which put all 7 runners in within 55 seconds of each other. That is the way to run a team race. The Varsity Squad deserves a mention for having 5 pr’s. By the way, we had 23 pr’s this weekend.( .676%) The freshman a team deserves a mention for placing in a very difficult meet. Vic Flores had the fastest leg of the day for our team.
