BEST PERFORMANCE: This week’s award goes to a great showing by the Sophomores at sectionals, they ran great.  Also the guys who pr’ed over the weekend.

MOST IMPROVED:  This week’s award goes to Lynch for a 5 min improvement.  Also to Vin Fedders for a 1 min drop. Also a mention goes to Grasso, Sleeper and Rosado for their pr’s.
