MEDAL COUNT :  With these 47 medals the total rises to 219.

BEST PERFORMANCE:  This week’s award goes to Joe Alcoser who ran 4 races on Saturday.  He posted the 2^nd fastest time in school history for the 200, 3^rd best time in the 400.  He was, also, part of the 3^rd fastest 800 m relay in school history.  Also deserving a mention is that relay and Rob DeAngelo who set the frosh 200 m record.

MOST IMPROVED: This week’s award goes to John McGovern, Brian Lynch, Gino DiStefano, Joe Carroll and Bob  Messina for some great pr’s this week.
