Over the weekend the team competed in three meets.  We did very well with 18 pr’s and the Freshmen capturing 1^st place.  Next week is the sectional championships.  Here are the results:

MEDAL COUNT: With these 16 medals the season total rises to 129.

MOST IMPROVED : This weeks award goes to Andrew Beklemishev, Alex Gochal, Andrew Donahue, Lee French for substantial drops in their times.  The Kazakhstan Express dropped over 2 minutes off his time.  Keep up the good work.

BEST PERFORMANCE:  This weeks award goes to Alex Gochal for hitting 2 pr’s this week.  Also the Eastern States J.V. team and the Freshman Relay teams for running some of the best team races I have seen in a very long time.  Congratulations to the Freshman A Relay Team for setting a School Record.
