Over this weekend the team saw split squad action. The Varsity traveled to Rochester, while the rest of the team defended our home course. Both teams did very well. Here are the results:

MOST IMPROVED: This weeks award goes to James Smith, Andrew Troisi, Alex Gochal, Greg Aleksey, and Andrew Brunetti all of whom dropped about a minute off the previous best time this season. Congrats to all the guys who ran pr’s this weekend
BEST PERFORMANCE: This weeks award goes to the Varsity, led by John Traugott and Tim Simko who steeped it up and ran with some of the best competition on the east coast. Also Ryan Harmon deserves a mention for running a time that is a top ten performance in school history.
MEDAL COUNT: Adding the 7 won this week, brings the total to 19.
