Medal Count:  with the 73 Medal won at these two meets the season total rises to 109.  This also puts us over 500 medals for the year.  1^st  time in my coaching career.

MIP:  This award goes to all the gentlemen who hit back to back pr’s.  Jerrey Alcoser, Andy Rowe, and Sal Romano.

BEST PERFORMANCE:  This goes to John McMahon and John Traugott for great races that they ran on Saturday.  McMahon is ranked 2^nd in the city with his 400 Hurdle time. Traugott dropped a second off his 800 time.

IRON MAN: This goes to Chris Brunetti and Pat McGoldrick for running the Steeplechase after their first race.  Also a mention goes out to Steve Reenock, Joe Zara, and Bill Bernstien for running different races for the first time and doing very well.
