Medal Count: with the 73 Medal won at these two meets the season total rises to 109. This also puts us over 500 medals for the year. 1st time in my coaching career.
MIP: This award goes to all the gentlemen who hit back to back pr’s. Jerrey Alcoser, Andy Rowe, and Sal Romano.
BEST PERFORMANCE: This goes to John McMahon and John Traugott for great races that they ran on Saturday. McMahon is ranked 2nd in the city with his 400 Hurdle time. Traugott dropped a second off his 800 time.
IRON MAN: This goes to Chris Brunetti and Pat McGoldrick for running the Steeplechase after their first race. Also a mention goes out to Steve Reenock, Joe Zara, and Bill Bernstien for running different races for the first time and doing very well.
