MEDAL COUNT:  With the medal won this past week the season total rises to 104 with Tim Simko winning the 100^th medal of the season.

MIP/Best Performance:  This weeks award  goes to all the runners who hit two pr’s this week.  This just shows the team is headed in the right direction.  Especially all the guys who drop over  2 minutes off their times.
