XAVIER CROSS COUNTRY NEWSLETTER 9/30/96

          Over this weekend the team saw split action as the top 14 runners went to Rochester and everyone else ran at Van Cortland park.  The results were very encouraging as the team preps for two races this week.  Here are the results:
