MOST IMPROVED: This week s award goes to JOHN MURPHY won was able to run pr’s in his last six races posting pr’s of 2:15 and 5:06. Also CHRIS LOZANO who has also dropped significantly his 800 time from 2:20 to 2:12 and his mile to 5:04. A mention is also deserved by Brian McGlue who is running up to his potential
BEST PERFORMANCE: This weeks award goes to all the guys who ran on Sunday there was great competition and the Xavier Varsity squad came up big. With a majority of the gentlemen running at least on pr. A special mention to James Carroll who ran the second fastest time in the 1000 meters in school history
