BEST PERFORMANCE:  This goes to  Josh Raiford for his 5^th place finish in the 400. Khary Payne for his diving finish to beat the Spellman team.

IRON MAN AWARD:  This goes to John Traugott who ran on both days and ran a pr on Sunday
