XAVIER CROSS COUNTRY NEWSLETTER
This past week was a very productive one for the Xavier team as a whole. The Freshmen placed fifth at the Catherdral Invitational, while the Varsity and J.V. placed second and tenth,
respectively. This weekend the team split and was successful in all ventures. The Championship season startson Saturday with the Sectional Champs and Xavier will beready for it. Here are the results:

Medal Count: The addition of 15 more medal won this week brings the season total to 85. At this pace we shouldbreak 100 very soon.
MIP/BEST PERFORMANCE: Out of a week that brought 31 pr's
itis very difficult to pick just one performance. Accolades go out to the
entire Varsity team for two great races this week. McNEELA, O'BRIEN, AND CHAN
deserve a mention for bigdrops this week. Also, Frosh TIM FAUGHNAN get a
mention forthe big race he ran this weekend.
