XAVIER CROSS COUNTRY NEWSLETTER    

  This was a very busy week for the Xavier Cross Country team as they raced, twice on Tuesday at the Jesuit 2  mile Challenge and Saturday at the Manhattan College Invitational. On Both occassions,  the team proved once again that it is an up and coming team.  Against other Jesuit schools, Xavier took the first four places in the varsity race as well as a strong showing in the largest cross country meet in the Nation.

MIP/BEST PERFORMACE;  This week's award goes to Abdon Ocampofor knocking over a minute off his time  and also to VINNIEFRERANTE and JOE MONOHAN for bring their times down by about40 seconds
