Practice this week:   Mon 9/27 - Everyone to CentralPark         Tues     - Everyone to East River Park (we go as a group, we return as a group)          Wed- Thurs- Everyone to Central Park Meets this week:         Friday - After school, Development meet at Van                  Cortland         Saturday - Top 14 runners to St. Anthony's Gentlemen, everything is starting to fall into place.  The performances this weekend were very encouraging.  Without injury, we should be able to do very well for the rest of the season.  If you are hurt, let me know. It is better to take a couple days to fix things now than worry about them when the Championship season starts.  We must remain agressive when we are competeing and we should also help each other in everyway.  We are a team and we always look out for each other. CONTINUE TO DO SIT UPS AND PUSH UPS.  Running is a sport that needs the entire body to be in shape (it you want to run fast).  Who will be running where this weekend will be handed out on Wed.9/29     ny questions, see me                               Mr.Dormer 3L7
