XAVIER CROSS COUNTRY NEWSLETTER     

 As the season got off to a real start, the Xavier harriers collected a total of 8 medals this weekend at the Regis Cross Country Invitational.  The conditions were less than perfect as the rain fell during most of the races and made the tough course even more difficult.  Through it all the team showed a spirit that promises of good things to come.

Once again the team shows signs of improvement.  Keep in mind, the times will drop gradually over the next few weeks. As the weeks go on, we will be running faster and with the better teams in the league.  It is only a matter of time before we are ready.
