XAVIER CROSS COUNTRY NEWSLETTER    11/22/93       

This Saturday, the Xavier Cross Country Team took third place in the Jesuit Champs.  As they have proven all season, the team is able to run with (and beat) most teams.  We soundly defeated our rivals Regis and Fordham Prep.  The team ended a very successful season on an up beat note.  Here are the results:

MEDAL COUNT: With the 7 medals that were won this weekend thevfinal total for this season is 120.  Not bad for the firstvseason.

MIP/BEST PERFORMANCE:  With so many pr's this week, it isvdifficult to pick one performance.  So the entire team getsthe award this week. P
