RUNNER OF THE WEEK:	Lennard George's 14:24, which gave him second place in the 104 man Soph Race is very commendable.  In posting this time, so early in the season, Lennard appears able to break the Varsity record of 13:31.  If he continues working as he is, this record should be his in about five weeks.  Jim Chopey continues his excellent Varsity running and the strong Freshman trio of Keenan, Keenan, and Brackley, now have A. Gonzalez joining the medal winners.  The team thanks Fr. White, Mr. Baker, and Mrs. Lucas and the many other parnets who come to see the team "run the flats and hills" of Van cortlandt Park.
