Dear Parent: 

                        I am writing this letter to inform you that your son has qualified for the McQuaid Invitational.  It is testament to his hard work and dedication to be selected for this trip. I am very proud of what your son has been able to accomplish through hard work and determination.  We will be racing on Saturday 9/27/14.  

             We will leave for Rochester on Friday, 9/26/14 from Fordham Prep .  We will be staying at the Fairfield Inn Rochester In case on an emergency please don't hesitate to call.    We will be returning on Saturday evening around 11 p.m to Fordham Prep.  Your son will call you on Saturday to give you a better idea of our arrival time.  Please make arrangements to pick your son up at Fordham Prep on Saturday evening. The cost of the hotel will be $50. Please make any check payable to Xavier High School    Your son should also bring money for food and souvenirs.  

                        As always school rules are in effect and your sons are expected to behave in a manner that is representative of a Son of Xavier.  Please return the bottom portion of this letter giving your permission for your son to attend the meet.
