Re: Jesuit Indoor Track Invitational at Georgetown Prep

Dear Parents:

            By now I am sure that your son has informed you that we will be attending the Jesuit Indoor Track Invitational at Georgetown Prep.  It is quite an achievement to be selected to make this trip. As always when we travel, the school and team rules on behavior befitting a Son of Xavier will be in effect.

                        We will leave from Xavier on Thursday, February 18^th   at 12:00 noon.  We will be staying in the Bethesda Marriott, 5151 Pooks Hill Road , Bethesda , MD , 20814 .  We will be returning to Xavier late Saturday night, February 20th.  Please make arrangements to pick up your son at Xavier.

            The cost of the hotel will be $100.  Please make all checks payable to Xavier High School .  Please have your son bring the payment and permission slip with him on Thursday February 18^th.   On Friday, February 19, 2010, we will do some sightseeing around our nation’s capitol.  Your son should also bring money for food and souvenirs.  If you have any questions or concerns, please call me on my cell phone.  (516) 220 2492
