XAVIER CROSS COUNTRY 2006
Although the race was delayed due to weather, the Knights showed their medal running some fast times on Monday afternoon. All 7 varsity runners medaled as did 8 JV runners.  The JV lead  by Jordan Elie-Vioux took 2nd place.  The Freshman had 2 runners break 10 mins as all 5 scores crossed the line within 23 seconds of each other.

Medal Count: with these 29 medals the season total rises to 179

 

Congrats to all the guys who pr'ed on Monday Afternoon. 15 of 20 freshman had significant drops in time, highlighted by Chris Velez dropping over a minute from his time. We also had 9 men break the 15 minute barrier over the 2.5 mile course. A season high.  Hopefully, at City Champs we will be able to get 15 runners under 15.
