If we truly wish to contend for any kind of championships, YOU NEED TO RUN ON YOUR OWN OVER BREAK.  Sectionals for Sophs is 1/9 and for Frosh and Varsity is 1/23.  That does not give us much time if you do nothing over break.

This meet always runs way ahead of schedule, if you are not sure which group    you are in be there early

1/3-      Back to school.

It is a short break and I have tried to give you time to yourselves, if you do not do what is expected of you over break, then we can forget about winning anything.  The burden is now on you.  How bad do you want to win? If you know that you won’t do the running alone, call a friend.  Sit Ups and Push ups have to be done every day.

I hope you have a merry Christmas and if you have any questions, see me.
