All Novice be there at 8:30 ( Novice means never won a varsity
medal)

All Weight Class be there at 10:30
This meet always runs way ahead of schedule, if you are not sure
which group you are in
be there early 1/3- Back to school. It is a short break and I have tried to give you time to yourselves, if you do not do what is expected of you over break, then we can forget about winning anything. The burden is now on you. How bad do you want to win? If you know that you won’t do the running alone, call a friend. Sit Ups and Push ups have to be done every day.
