MEDAL COUNT: With these medals the season total rises to 75.

MIP:  This week’s award goes to Steve Shlivko for a big improvement. Menny Navarro and Phil Petrullo came up big for the JV team this weekend.

BEST PERFORMANCE: Varsity race well for not knowing the course and the JV placed 6 runners in the top 25.

PRACTICE THIS WEEK: Tuesday-Friday: Central Park

MEETS THIS WEEK:  Tuesday- Soph Sectionals at VCP. Leave right after school.
