Level 4- These workouts should be done in conjunction with whatever work your fall sport coach gave you. It is meant as a supplement not a replacement. Make sure that you do some skips, plyos and stretching. Do the pick ups during your runs. (10 min warm up, run the 30(50) meters hard, jog back, when you are done do a warm down. July is to build your strength, Speed for August. |
