What to do during the snow day |
If you are a freshman distance runner: Brave the elements and get 40 minutes in. or if you can use a treadmill or exercise bike
If you are a Sophomore distance runner: Brave the elements and get
50 minutes in. or if you can use a treadmill or exercise bike
If you are a Varsity Distance
Runner: Brave the elements and get 60 minutes in.or if you can use a
treadmill or exercise bike
If you are a Sprinter/Jumper/Vaulter (all Levels) do the following:( which can be done inside, both Coach Temkins and Coach K's groups)
If you are a Thrower: Lift if you can, if not 4 sets of the following ( 25 Push ups, 25 jumping jacks, 25 wide push ups, 25 crunches, 25 diamond push ups, 10 leg raises)
If you are injured: Stretch and rest
