Re: Judge Relays 

Dear Parents:

                        By now I am sure that your son has informed you that we will be attending the Judge Relays.  It is quite an achievement to be selected to make this trip. As always when we travel, the school and team rules on behavior befitting a Son of Xavier will be in effect. 

                        We will leave from Xavier  on Friday, April 16 at 2 p.m..  We will be staying in the Holiday Inn in Philadelphia, PA.  The phone number there is (215) 638-1500.  We will be returning to Xavier Saturday Afternoon April 17.  Please make arrangements to pick up your son at the Xavier.

                        The cost of the hotel will be $35.  Please make all checks payable to Xavier High School.  Please have your son bring the payment and permission slip with him on Friday.  Your son should also bring money for food and  souvenirs.  If you have any questions or concerns, please call me at home. 

                        Thank you for allowing your son to attend this trip.
