Juniors and Seniors:

If you want to order a Boat House Jacket, Please fill out the following form and  HAND IT to Mr. Dormer on Thursday.
The Jacket will include a screen on the back and your name embroidered on the front.  The Top of the Jacket will be Xavier Blue and the bottom of the Jacket will be navy blue.  A sample is in Mr. Dormer's room if you need to see it.

We can only get the sale price if we have at least 24 Juniors and Seniors place the order.
