Freshman Guidance Groups meet every cycle throughout the year, and are lead by one of four counselors who work with the same students over three years.
Sophomore Groups meet every other cycle, alternating with Junior Groups. Counselors continue with their counselees developing many of the topics begun in freshman year. Sophomores also begin the college-bound process by taking the PSAT in October, which is the focus of the initial group meetings.
Junior Groups, meeting every other cycle, alterfnating with Sophomore Groups. Counselors focus on a strong college-bound program which begins with PSAT preparation, develops career and college major discussions cooridnated to a Career Day in November. Juniors are introduced to their assigned college counselor at the end of the 3rd quarter.
